ILT has an experienced R&D engineering team with many years of experience and knowledge of silicone, butyl and other materials. With state-of-the-art equipment and a machine shop owned by ILT, this has allowed ILT to expand their offerings beyond a basic punched liner and lined cap.
Expanded liner options include precision molded liners, like the SPME micro center liner, partial Y-slit caps and butyl stoppers with a PTFE face. In addition to the press-fit and bonded liner caps, ILT offers ultra-sonically welded lined caps for diagnostics and chemical packaging.
