Partial Slit Caps
Overview
ILT manufactures a new partially slit, assembled line of caps. Compatible with chromatography instruments that require all caps to have a pre-slit septa. The partial slit will minimize sample evaporation that can occur when using a fully slit liner and cause weight loss during sample preparation. The ILT assembled cap positions the slit on the silicone side of the liner only and provides ease of injection penetration by the instrument injection needle; while the PTFE layer face remains non-slit

Application
Used in all chromatography applications where the instrument accepts 9mm cap and 2mL vial. The partial slit lined cap is compatible with all instruments where needle penetration prefers a pre-slit liner.
