Today’s requirements for Headspace Analysis are so demanding that products must be tested and certified to ensure that they a free of contamination. ILT manufactures the most comprehensive range of Headspace septa for the Headspace analysis of volatile and semi-volatile organics.
Headspace septa is manufactured and certified. They include a variety of 18mm and 20mm crimp and screw caps, standard, pressure-release, magnetic caps using PTFE/silicone, butyl, PTFE/butyl, or aluminum faced/silicone.
ILT has developed a system to control the level of volatiles in its products. This system is verified by the use of gas chromatography the results from which may be certified for higher purity grades.
