ILT Ultra Weld
Overview
The ultrasonically 3-layer liner welded closure system process from ILT provides a bond to the cap surface without the use of adhesives. Manufactured in a clean environment on automated production lines the new closure system can meet demands of high volumes required.

Application
The PTFE surface face this cap design can be used with volatile solvents. It is designed for any autoclavable process. The Polypropylene surface face cap design can be used for biological media, serum, blood products and other clinical applications. This cap system is compatible when used in an ETO sterilization process
