Vial Kits
Overview
Headspace cap & vial kits offers a standard aluminum 20mm crimp seal or an 18mm steel screw cap. Steel caps are magnetic and can be used on all magnetic transport systems. Used in all the 18mm caps the SPME unique microcenter liner minimizes and damage to fiber needles and is easily pierceable. Headspace 20mL vials are manufactured in Type 33 borosilicate glass, while the 18mm thread vial has a radius bottom for compatibility will CTC instruments, the 20mm cap vial has a beveled edge, round bottom.

- PTFE film covers the plug up to the flange edge and can be used as a serum stopper
Applications
Used in all Headspace analytical applications the kit is a convenient packaging option. Both 18mm and 20mm cap & vial combinations are compatible with all manufactures instruments.
