Overview
The PTFE is molded onto the septa during manufacturing providing a complete PTFE layer facing the sample. This technology is a significant advancement to a spray film technique which can miss areas of the liner material. Liners are manufactured from low extractable materials in sizes 13mm and 20mm caps.
