Inter-Seal® Bonding System
Overview
ILT’s proprietary innovation is a chemically inert process that produces a true bond at the molecular level between the septa and the plastic cap without using adhesives. The septa are completely secured, preventing liner fallout. ILT can provide bonded caps in a variety of sizes, standard resins, high temperature resin, and colors. Both open and closed-top caps can be bonded with a variety of liner materials. Significant bond strength withstands multiple injections with excellent resealability and a broad chemical resistance.
